The Atrium at Continental Park offers two L-shaped, five-story buildings, consisting of 288,000 square feet of Class A office space, incorporating the highest technology and most advanced building systems available. A concierge/security service and attached five-level parking structure give occupants convenience and peace of mind. Tenants enjoy an on-site gym complete with men's and women's shower facilities. On-site restaurant Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and a Comerica Bank ATM compliment the rich array of amenities within Continental Park. The Atrium serves as the Southern California headquarters to Comerica Bank, one of the largest banking companies in the U.S.

Designed to meet the professional space needs of today's office tenant, The Plaza offers its tenants easy access to ground floor restaurants (McCormick & Schmick's and Trimana) as well as an on-site fitness center, picnic benches and the services of the nationally acclaimed Murad Inclusive Health Spa.
